Returns and exchanges policy

1. Personalized and digital product — no right of withdrawal

All place cards are personalized and custom-made products for the consumer, delivered as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Consequently, and in accordance with art. 103, letters a), c) and m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded once illustration has begun or the digital file has been delivered.

The customer expressly accepts this exclusion by ticking the corresponding box before confirming payment.

2. Cancellation before production begins

If the customer cancels the order before Marcasitios has started the illustration process, the full amount paid will be refunded, less any non-refundable fees from the payment provider.

3. Errors attributable to Marcasitios

If the delivered digital file contains errors clearly attributable to Marcasitios, write to hola@marcasitios.es within 14 calendar days from receipt, attaching screenshots of the issue. We will:

• Correct the affected file at no cost, or
• Issue a full or partial refund where correction is not feasible.

4. Changes requested by the customer

Once illustration proofs have been approved by the customer, subsequent changes (names, photographs, format) may entail an additional charge that will be communicated before proceeding.
